Security Level:  Remember my username and password

1. Log on to LB Icon (UK) Service Desk.
2. Click My Portfolio menu, then click My Details and go to Security Level. 

-            Maximum - Select this if you do not want the Service Desk to log you in automatically.  You will be required to enter your username and password each time.

-            Medium - Select this if you want the Service Desk to remember your username.  You will be required to enter your password each time.

-            Minimum - Select this if you want the Service Desk to log you in automatically.  Do not select this checkbox on public computer or computer you share with others.
